Following the increasing popularity of “iLia a Coffee Experience” and “iLia Gourmet” it was through natural progression that the “iLia Tapas & more” concept was developed. The co-owners Julie Magan and Joe Shields, having celebrated the restaurants first anniversary, are excited about the year ahead by introducing Lunches and a classic “Cocktails” menu. Julie has spent most of her life in the restaurant & Hotel industry and her enthusiasm for good food being evident, following extensive research of the excellent Tapas bars of Europe and in particular, Spain, the idea was conceived. Joe firmly believes in the “iLia” policy of Quality Food at a fair price served in a professional and friendly environment” is what customers want. This combination has created a new restaurant to match any in the industry and our “Front of the House staff” ensures the “iLia” policy is carried out. The restaurant is beautifully designed with a modern, trendy bar area, to enjoy your pre dinner drink as you browse through the menu and then dine in a modern, relaxed atmosphere.
